Waiver Policy

JRIST may grant partial or full APC waivers for authors from low-income or developing countries, exceptional-quality manuscripts, or special academic collaborations. Waiver requests should be submitted before or immediately after manuscript submission.

The APC covers peer review, editorial processing, DOI assignment, online hosting, and long-term archiving.
Editorial decisions are independent of payment and follow COPE guidelines.
